The short version of the rules for using HurdleCalls.
Who we are
HurdleCalls is operated by Hurdle Calls LLC, a Michigan limited liability company located at 146 S. Main St., Rochester, MI 48307 ("we," "us"). By creating an account, buying credits or attending a call, you agree to these Terms.
Not investment advice
HurdleCalls is an educational and informational service. Calls, replays, posts and all other content reflect opinions only. Nothing on HurdleCalls is investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, a recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security. Hurdle Calls LLC is not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer, and no adviser-client or fiduciary relationship is created by your use of the service. The content is general and impersonal, not tailored to your finances or goals. Do your own research and consult a licensed professional before investing.
Risk
NanoCap, MicroCap and SmallCap stocks are highly volatile, can be illiquid, and can lose all of their value. Past performance does not predict future results, and any forward-looking statement may prove wrong. You alone are responsible for your investment decisions and their results.
Positions and conflicts
Sean Marconi, Hurdle Calls LLC and their affiliates may own, buy or sell securities discussed on a call, before or after the call, and are under no obligation to disclose changes or to update any view shared on a call.
Accuracy
We try to be accurate but make no promise that content is complete, current or error-free, and we have no duty to correct or update it.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18. Give accurate details, keep your password private, and don't share your account. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Prices, spots and credits
Each call is priced per person (a "spot"), and the price is shown before you pay. A Standard spot includes the live call and the replay for 90 days. Prepaid spots and credits bought earlier never expire, cover one Standard spot each, have no cash value, can't be transferred outside your account, and are refundable only as described in our refund policy, including the first-call guarantee.
Calls and recordings
Calls are recorded. By attending, you consent to being recorded, including any question, name or voice you share. We may reschedule or cancel calls; if we cancel, the credits go back to your balance. Personal join links are for the named attendee only.
Our content
All calls, replays, slides and site content belong to Hurdle Calls LLC. You may view them for personal or internal business use. You may not record, copy, redistribute, resell or publicly share them without our written permission.
Your conduct
Don't disrupt calls, harass anyone, post unlawful content, share material non-public information, or try to access what isn't yours. We may remove anyone from a call or suspend an account that breaks these Terms, without a refund for credits already spent.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Hurdle Calls LLC and its members, managers and contractors are not liable for any investment losses or for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Indemnity
You agree to cover our losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the service.
Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Oakland County, Michigan, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
