Questions and answers

Pricing, booking, joining a call and replays.

Pricing

What does a call cost?

A Standard spot is $19 for one person on one call, with the replay for 90 days. Pro, at $49, adds priority for your questions, a 12-month replay and a transcript to keep; it is coming soon. See pricing.

Is there a subscription?

No. You pay for the calls you attend and nothing renews. Every price is shown upfront.

What is the first-call guarantee?

If your first call isn't what you hoped for, email admin@hurdlecalls.com within 7 days of the call and we refund it in full, no questions asked.

Can I buy spots ahead?

Yes. Prepaid spots stay in your account, never expire and work on any call. Unused ones are refundable within 14 days of buying them. If we cancel a call or your booking, the spot goes back to your account. Read the refund policy for the details.

I bought credits before. Do they still work?

Yes. Each credit you already own covers one Standard spot on any call, with no expiry.

Booking and teams

Can I book for my team?

Yes. Add each person from your account, and each gets a personal join link.

What happens when a call fills?

Booking closes. Each call is capped at 100 attendees. Your credits stay in your account for the next call.

On the call

What happens on a call?

There are two kinds. On a management interview, Sean questions the company's leadership using his due diligence. On a fact-finding call, set up after a press release that raises questions, Sean takes management through what investors want to know. Either way, Sean answers the questions attendees submitted at the end.

Who will be on the call?

It depends on the company and the topic. A CFO call stays focused on the balance sheet. A CEO call covers the vision and what the team is working to accomplish. Some calls bring the CEO and CFO together, or include the Chairman, COO or CMO. Sean sometimes invites another investor who knows the company well to help drill down.

Can I ask management questions directly?

No. Submit your questions in the Q&A box during the call, and Sean answers them at the end.

How do I join a call?

Pick a call and book for yourself or your team. Every attendee gets a personal join link by email, and your bookings are always on your dashboard.

Can I watch a call later?

Yes. With a Standard spot, your replay stays open for 90 days after the call, through the next earnings report. Pro (coming soon) keeps it for 12 months. A free clip from each call is posted publicly. See replays.
