Privacy
What we collect, where it goes, and how to have it deleted.
Who we are
Hurdle Calls LLC, a Michigan limited liability company at 146 S. Main St., Rochester, MI 48307, operates HurdleCalls. Questions about your data go to admin@hurdlecalls.com.
What we collect
Your name, email, company, ZIP code and optional phone number at sign-up; the name and email of each attendee you book; your purchase and booking history; questions or chat you send during calls; and basic device and usage data (pages visited, browser type, IP address).
How we use it
To run your account, process payments, send join links, reminders and receipts, host and record calls, answer you, improve the service, prevent fraud, and send occasional emails about upcoming calls. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time; account and transaction emails still go out.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run HurdleCalls:
- Stripe processes payments. Card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store card numbers.
- Zoom hosts live calls and recordings. Each attendee's name and email go to Zoom so it can issue a personal join link.
- HubSpot keeps our contact records and sends email about calls.
- Google Workspace sends our email.
- Our hosting provider stores the site and its data.
We don't sell or rent personal information. We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to a successor if the business is sold.
Cookies
A session cookie keeps you signed in. A first-visit cookie remembers how you found us (the campaign tags on the link you arrived from, or the site that referred you) for 30 days; it holds nothing about you personally. HubSpot sets its own cookies to measure site visits and links them to your contact record if you sign up. You can block cookies in your browser, though signing in needs the session cookie.
Security
We use encryption in transit, encrypted storage of keys, two-factor sign-in for administrators, and access limits. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as Michigan's Identity Theft Protection Act requires.
Retention and your choices
We keep your information while your account is open and as long as needed for legal, tax and accounting records. Email admin@hurdlecalls.com to see, correct or delete your information; we keep payment records where the law requires.
Children
HurdleCalls is for adults 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above. See also our terms and refund policy.
